A compliment is a good way of showing that you are happy with a member of staff.
You can share a compliment about anything that has made you happy. We want to know when Optalis has got things right.
We might ask you for some more information on your compliment.
We will always listen to your feedback.
If you are happy about something and would like to tell us you can speak to a member of staff or the manager of the service and tell them.
