Our Service

Many of our rooms are en-suite and spread across three smaller group living areas. We have shared lounges, a dining room, hair dressing salon and a conservatory. The care home benefits from a large mature garden, offering a peaceful place to relax and enjoy outdoor activities.

Our approach

We know how important it is to enjoy fulfilling days. People are supported to pursue meaningful activities and experiences while staying with us and our varied activity schedule is bound to offer something for everyone. Our dedicated activity coordinators plan enjoyable activities each week to keep people moving and entertained. We are always happy to hear about any ideas you have for activities that we can include in our plans. Everyone is welcome to join in as much or as little as they like.

Our catering team plan and prepare nutritious and delicious meals, which are served in our dining room to create sociable and enjoyable mealtimes. All dishes are cooked from fresh in our own kitchen and catered to specific dietary requirements and tastes.

Quality of care

We're here to help people enjoy their later life, whether that means participating in meaningful activities, remembering their past in positive ways, or simply relaxing in our garden or exploring pursuits that matter most.

People’s preferences, needs and wishes are central to the support we provide. We work with people we support and their loved ones to plan their care and support, to make sure that we know and understand what is important. We have strong working relationships with our local health and social care teams to ensure that our care and support adjusts as people’s needs change.

Our Referrals and Admissions process

We accept direct enquiries from people who are looking for nursing care and support. We are always happy to support with social worker referrals, hospital or GP referrals, district nurse referrals and community referrals. You may be advised about our service through a social worker or hospital.

To find out more about our home or to check current available places please contact the Home Manager on 01189 770 233. If we have availability and are able to meet your needs, we will discuss your support preferences. You will need to provide a copy of your latest Social Care and/or NHS documents.

If a place can be offered, we will support you to complete any necessary application forms, pre-admission assessment and financial assessments. Top-up fees can be arranged directly with you and your family.
