Lady Elizabeth House

Lady Elizabeth House is our Extra care service in Maidenhead and is run in partnership with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, who allocate the individual apartments while Optalis provides care and support services.

The service has 29 self-contained, wheelchair-accessible apartments, each of which is fully equipped with a spacious kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom.

Our team are here to provide care support when you need and/or want additional help:

• Domestic help
• Help with meals
• Personal care, washing, dressing
• Help to coordinate your care with other agencies/ professionals who can support you

Expert care is provided by our team of highly skilled and caring professionals who are available 24/7. We work closely with tenants, to create a personalised care plan that is tailored to each individual’s needs.

We encourage, and support people to maintain close links with their family and friends and empower them to create new links within the local community so that they truly feel at home.

Accommodation is available exclusively for people who meet certain criteria set by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and administered through the Council’s housing register.
