We are a friendly and confidential service that recognises the issues people may face when looking for or returning to work.

We tailor our support to you; whether you need information, advice or guidance, help to update your CV or need more support to get into the role you want.

SES is a specialist team who are able to provide tailored support to people covered under the disability provision of the Equality Act 2010 and Carers. This includes Autistic people, people with a physical or learning disability, mental health issues, a long-term health condition, an acquired brain injury, sensory impairment, substance use issues and Carers.

If you are looking for paid work, education or volunteering we can offer:

• Advice, support and guidance to search for jobs, complete application forms and prepare for interviews.
• Employability courses, which cover a full range of job search skills and work on increasing your confidence, skills and abilities.
• Support to work with your employer around making reasonable adjustments for illness and disabilities.
• Advice and information on employment-related benefits and grants.
• Travel training to help you learn to travel by train, bus, walking or cycling to get to work.
