We offer specialist employment support, job coaching, work experience and support to help you find and keep voluntary or paid work.

Our friendly and confidential service offers help to people with learning disabilities and Autistic people.

We have a skilled team who will work with you to find the right job and identify the right support for you. Whether you need information, advice or guidance, help to improve your CV or need more support to get into the role you want, we can tailor our support to you.

If you are looking for paid work, education or volunteering we can offer:

Support to search for jobs. complete application forms and prepare for interviews.
Job clubs, which cover a full range of job search skills and work on increasing your confidence, skills and abilities.
Support to work with your employer around making reasonable adjustments in the workplace.
Support to understand employment-related benefits.

We're proud to be working in partnership with the Windsor Forest Colleges Group, supporting individuals to develop skills for employment and vocational work.

To be able to access this service you will need to be known to the Learning Disability or Autism team at RBWM, however we would be happy to discuss self funding options with you.

We also offer tailored, practical support to help you learn how to travel independently.
