The Birches (Woodley) is an Extra Care Scheme made up of 60 one and two bedroom apartments which give residents the freedom to live independently. Benefitting from an on-site cafe, hair salon, community lounge and other communal facilities, it is an ideal place for older people over 55 looking for both comfort and convenience. Our team are here to provide care support when you need and/or want additional help:

Accommodation is available exclusively for people who meet certain criteria set by the Wokingham Borough Council and administered through the Council’s housing register.
