Young Voices Group hold summer fete in aid of Thames Hospice

In an uplifting display of community spirit, the Young Voices Group (a group from Community Lives) came together to host a summer fete in aid of Thames Hospice. This special event showcased the group's dedication and passion for making a positive impact in their local community. 

Meticulous planning and coordination went into organising the summer fete. Everyone worked really hard getting things ready, from deciding on the activities to setting up stalls and making arrangements for refreshments, every aspect was carefully considered to create an enjoyable and engaging experience for all attendees.

The group had prepared a variety of activities and stalls, including a tombola with fantastic prizes, a  bric-a-brac stall offering unique finds, and a delightful game of "pin the face to the sunflower." The was also plenty of tea and cakes and more…

The hard work and dedication of the Young Voices Group, combined with the generosity of the attendees, resulted in the impressive sum of £143.22 raised for Thames Hospice.

With pride, the group handed over the raised funds to Emma at Thames Hospice, who thanked the group for all their efforts.
