New CEO for Optalis

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Farrow to the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Optalis which provides adult social care services on behalf of Wokingham Borough Council and the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead.
Martin will be responsible for leading the company’s overall operational and commercial strategy working closely with the senior management team and the Optalis Board.
Martin has been involved in the health and social care sector for more than 20 years, working at senior and CEO level for a variety of commercial and charitable organisations including Sunrise, Bupa and Turning Point.
Wokingham Borough Councillor Anthony Pollock, Chairman of Optalis Holdings Limited, said, “I would like to welcome Martin Farrow as Chief Executive of Optalis at this exciting time in the company’s development. Wokingham set up Optalis six years ago and with our new joint collaboration with the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead believe the company is well-established for the next stage and Martin will successfully take the business forward.”
Optalis Chairman David Cook said, “I am delighted to announce the decision to appoint Martin Farrow as Chief Executive Officer of Optalis. I would like to congratulate Martin in his successful appointment, and look forward to our continued progress as a leading care provider.”
Cllr David Coppinger, lead member for adult services and health for the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead, said: “I would like to wish Martin all the very best in his new role and look forward to working with him.
“I am sure that residents will benefit from the wealth of adult social care experience he has gained from a variety of high profile organisations.”
