Optalis Community Lives Sports Celebration Day 2023

Groups from across the Community Lives Services came together to enjoy and afternoon of friendly competition. Jay Dudakia (Customer Experience Assistant) shared his experience of the event.

“On the 16th of August there was a Sports Day Event that people from day services participated in. The weather so good, the temperature was 28.C. Everyone enjoyed themselves including me because I was in the assisted race and I won the race and overtook everyone. I won a gold medal and a certificate. It was such an amazing day. Also, a very big thank you to Kelly and the Focused Friends group for organising the sports day and making it as fun as possible. Kelly did the running commentary and put some amazing music on so everyone could enjoy the music, have a dance and enjoy the atmosphere.”
