Optalis Services in Lockdown Three
23 December 2020
With all of England re-entering Lockdown we wanted to update you about our services. At Optalis all of our services will still operate as they have been throughout the pandemic. Our number one priority continues to be the wellbeing and safety of the people supported by and working in our services. The news of rising infection rates and a virus variant is most concerning, which is why we must all remain vigilant and continue to look after each other. Our colleagues continue to be diligent and ensure they are adhering to best practice in terms of infection control to ensure they protect themselves and others. There is no disruption to PPE supplies, which remain readily available. Our service managers are continuing to work tirelessly with our PPE coordination manager to ensure that we have plentiful supplies of all items to support all our colleagues in their roles. We have also built up a central stock of PPE to see us safely through any disruption caused by the pandemic and our exit from Europe at the end of the year.
Thank you all for playing your part to limit the spread of infection and keeping our customers and our colleagues safe.
