Our day support offer opportunities for people to take part in activities they enjoy, build on their strengths, and spend time with others in a way that supports wellbeing and confidence.

People can choose from a wide range of things to do, creative sessions, new experiences, time with friends, and opportunities to be part of what’s happening locally. Having the chance to mix with other people, visit different places and learn new things can help stop individuals from feeling bored or isolated. We are open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Our support is shaped by what matters to each person. We work alongside people to help them pursue their own goals, at their own pace.

Our team will help with all support needs, from medication to personal care or emotional support, so that everyone feels safe and comfortable while they are with us.
