At Optalis, we have invested in providing our colleagues with a benefits package and take care of our colleagues' well-being. Our commitment has always been to co-create with our workforce, at all levels, to ensure better outcomes for people who use our services and to build stronger communities. It is important our colleagues have the opportunity to influence the way that services are designed, commissioned and delivered.
We regularly ask staff to give us their feedback; our colleagues who are delivering services and support are the first to know and understand how we can improve and develop. The yearly staff satisfaction survey is an opportunity to tell us what they think so we can continue to improve. We also run a regular Staff Consultative Forum where staff voice their opinions, make suggestions about improving practice and receive information about what matters to them.
