Below you will find data that we have gathered following guidance from Central Government. The data is available through the website unless otherwise stated. Some data has not been included if it refers to specific individuals, as all the information that we publish must comply with the Data Protection Regulations.
Who do we work with?

Salary ranges are included in our Annual report and accounts.
Financial audit reports - The auditors write an audit report that is included within the annual accounts.
Pay and grading structure (this is senior staff with a basic annual salary of at least £58,200, any less staff’s pay should be identified by salary range) Directors remuneration is shown within the accounts.
Procurement and tender procedures and reports - We currently don’t have any.

Performance and statistics
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is responsible for evaluating and rating the quality of care within every care provider across England. Internally, Optalis have a robust framework in which to monitor, audit and review our levels of compliance and quality across all of our services and practices to ensure and assure safe levels of care.
Optalis' regulated services provide care and support to adults, including those with mental health needs, dementia, elderly persons and other health, physical or neurological conditions. The regulators, the Care Quality Commission (CQC), inspect these services.

Data Governance Policies:
The company's immediate ‘parent’ is Optalis Holdings Limited, incorporated in England and Wales. This cohort is made up of the shareholder partners; Wokingham Borough Council and the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council.
The Leadership teams within each provide both steer and collaboration in ensuring Optalis can maintain its duty of care, safe services and financial stability.
